Dr Herpiani Ng is a seasoned executive and general manager with over 25 years’ experience in
managing business operations both nationally and internationally especially in the APAC regions. The
group has benefitted from his solid reputation for achieving corporate business objectives through
providing strategic direction, diverse perspectives and positive leadership. His proven track record in
leading complex corporate change management and improvement initiatives across the APAC
regions has also been contributing to the successful implementation of the group’s Sustainability and
Continuous Improvement Programs in the APAC regions. Working closely with the founder and
Group CEO based in Perth Australia Dr Herpiani Ng has overall responsibility for Global Empowers
(GE)’s strategic direction and leadership for the APAC regions especially SEA where the group will
continue growing and expanding in the future. As a highly experienced business and operations
strategist Dr Herpiani Ng has brought to the group his 25 years’ intensive experiences in the

relevant tertiary educational backgrounds. Vast experience serving on as a member of many
executive comities has an incredible passion for his career. Being highly motivated, he has the desire
and hunger to achieve more which makes him well suited as a Managing Director at Global
Empowers. His previous employment responsibilities include;
Developing and implementing strategic direct sales and marketing plans, consumer channels,
ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales and market share and successful management.
Managing Director Mr. Mahesh Satyapal responsible for implementing company policy and any
changes to it. As the aim of business are focused towards growth, profits and increasing shareholder
return it is his responsibility of the MD to ensure that the company strategy is geared towards this. It
is also the role of the Managing Director to convene a Board of Directors and manage any
communication between the Board and the Chairperson/Shareholders.
On a secondary level there are a number of other responsibilities that the Managing Director may
have which Mahesh Satyapal will be responsible for representing the company in public at events or
